About:
Our client is a market-leading SaaS platform helping banks and payment issuers simulate the payment processing environment so that new development can be deployed with ease and less disruption!
By creating a smooth deployment process, banks and payment issuers are able to consistently provide a high level of service to customers. There are some big competitors in the space and they have displaced them on numerous occasions.
With strong initial traction through Founder-led sales, it’s now time for an SDR to join the sales team.

About the role:
- Booking and qualifying outbound meetings (BANT) with senior stakeholders in large Tier 1 financial institutions.
- Researching new companies within the TAM to understand why companies would be compelled to use a new solution – this is a low volume high value based approach.
- Leverage tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach + any creative methods you discover) into new accounts.
- Effectively identifying pain points and opportunities in customer strategies and relaying the benefits of a new solution.
- Smoothly handing over sales qualified meetings to the Founder to close.
- Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting.
Requirements:

- Are excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment.
- At least 9 months sales development experience – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos.
- Willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own.
- Have previous start up experience.
- Track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions.
- Ability to work fully remotely from a UK based location.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Are able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Apollo.
