Vinay, a former Sales Development Representative and Account Executive, co-founded Cosmic Partners driven by dissatisfaction with traditional recruiters. Frustrated by their low standards and lack of understanding of deal cycles and methodologies, his mission is to disrupt the recruitment industry with a value-led, insight driven recruitment solution in Cosmic Partners.
At Cosmic Partners, Vinay leverages his SDR and AE experience to transform SaaS sales recruitment. Passionate about changing the way sales recruitment works, he helps clients build sustainable sales models and effective hiring strategies.

Matthew's background
Matthew has 15 years of sales experience and was most recently a Head of Sales and VP of Sales before he co-founded Cosmic Partners. Unlike most recruiters, Matthew’s experience as a software sales hiring manager gives him a unique perspective in understanding the frustration of being presented with candidates who haven’t been properly screened by recruiters first-hand.
At Cosmic Partners, Matthew uses his software hiring experience to create a tailored, industry-specific hiring solution. He leads the recruitment team and advises businesses on hiring process, go to market strategies and onboarding best practices. 

Our story.

Cosmic Partners was founded in 2022 because we had become frustrated at working with recruiters that didn’t understand the SaaS industry.

We both had careers in software sales and held roles including sales development representative, account executive and VP of Sales. From speaking to our network we knew we weren’t the only hiring managers or tech sales professionals that wanted more from a recruitment partner.
And that’s why we created Cosmic Partners. Because recruitment without knowledge is ineffective. Our industry experience has resulted in us creating a comprehensive recruitment process that advises, supports, and delivers talented people to fuel your growth. A process built by SaaS professionals, for SaaS professionals.
