With strong initial traction through a lean sales team, it’s now time to scale up revenue with 2 Senior Sales Development Representatives.

- Working directly with the CEO and Head of Marketing to develop an even more successful business development function.

- Currently achieving enormous success with outbound prospecting.

The Role:
- Booking and qualifying outbound meetings with senior stakeholders in organisations between 100 – 1000 headcount.
- Researching new companies within the TAM to understand why companies would be compelled to use a new solution – this is a low volume high value based approach.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach + any creative methods you discover) into new accounts.
- Smoothly handing over sales qualified meetings to the Founder to close.
- Team up with the Head of Marketing to drive a target approach to prospecting.
- Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Are excited by a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment.
- At least 9 months sales development experience – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos.
- Worked closely with a marketing team in the past on an ABM approach where you have been provided with a targeted list of accounts to go after.
- Willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own – they are huge on accountability!
- Have previous start up experience.
- Track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions.
- Ability to work hybrid from a London office.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Are able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion and Apollo.
