Our client is a private and customisable membership platform and community space for organisations to engage, retain and monetise their communities.

With a centralised communication hub, businesses are able to inform their members with interesting content which feeds into membership engagement – ultimately keeping them invested in high value updates.

They have picked up good initial traction through referrals and a Founder-led sales approach and are now looking for their next growth phase with an experienced SDR.

About the role:

  • Booking and qualifying outbound meetings (BANT) with high-level stakeholders at companies looking to build communities
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn and data enrichment tools to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach) into new accounts.
  • Effectively identifying pain points in customer engagement strategies and communicating value at a high level.
  • Smoothly handing over qualified meetings to colleagues at the later stages of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborating with wider teams, including leadership, marketing and product to provide prospect feedback to further refine the sales process.
  • Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate management.
