Before we speak, we conduct a 90-minute discovery with each client, agreeing on an ideal candidate profile. This ensures we deeply understand the role and company, and you'll only hear from us if a role is a genuine fit.

We only work with clients on an exclusive basis – so you’ll always know exactly where you are in the process – and there’s no hidden competition.

Screening

Our rigorous screening leverages industry expertise to deeply understand your background and career. We present your profile, not just a CV, to clients, sending only a select few candidates per role, enhancing your chances of success.

Interview

Our roles typically involved a task at final stage interview. We’ll provide support, feedback and guidance for your task, and every stage of the interview process to help you present yourself and your experience in the best way possible.

Offer and negotiation

At offer stage, we act on your behalf to land the best possible offer for you and take responsibility for negotiation on your behalf. You get the offer, and leave the rest to us.

Onboarding and post placement

Our support extends beyond contract signing. We assist with pre-onboarding needs and offer an extra point of contact throughout your probation period, ensuring your complete focus on making an impact from day one.
