We are working exclusively with our client to find a Sales Development Representative.

Our client is helping organisations save time and reduce operational spend through their platform which elevates visibility and increases collaboration to speed up deployment times and reduce developer time spent on maintenance.

With proven success and a number of key clients under their belt, it’s now time to bring in a Sales Development Representative to support in new client acquisition.

Key Highlights:

  • Consistent growth over the last 2 years and are current at 40 customers. Key clients include Figma, Tata and Dupont.
  • Topical solution and strong ROI where they are helping their current speed-up deployment time from 7 months to 3 days and reduce developer time spent on maintenance from 40% to 10%!
  • Truly international TAM – any company globally that develops software is a potential client!
  • Working closely with the Founder and senior sales staff to develop an effective outbound strategy.
  • Flexible and fully-remote working.

About the role:

  • Booking and qualifying outbound meetings (BANT) with high-level stakeholders across engineering and software development leadership.
  • Researching new companies within the TAM to understand why companies would be compelled to use a new solution – this is a low volume high value based approach.
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn and Lemlist to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach + any creative methods you discover) into new accounts.
  • Effectively identifying pain points and opportunities in customer strategies and relaying the benefits of a new solution.
  • Smoothly handing over sales qualified meetings to the senior sales team.
  • Collaborating with wider teams, including leadership, marketing and product to provide prospect feedback to further refine the sales process.
  • Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Are excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment.
  • Experience in a sales development role – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos.
  • Experience selling into Devops and / or engineering teams is a huge plus.
  • Willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own.
  • Track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions.
  • Willingness to work East Coast hours 2 days per week (+/- 5 hours).
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Lemlist.
