Sales Development Representative

Commercial launched in November 2023 and already achieving £100k ARR and a strong current pipeline.
£35-40k base + £15k OTE

We are working exclusively with our client to find a Sales Development Representative.


Our clients is a corporate wellbeing platform enabling companies to boost productivity by helping employees increase physical and mental health. How? By using the People function as a lever to nudge their teams to connect through exercise and other initiatives on their app.

Backed by scientific research and proven success in securing key clients in EMEA, it’s now time to grow the team with a Sales Development Representative to support new customer acquisition.

About the role:

  • Booking and qualifying outbound meetings (BANT) with high-level stakeholders at companies with over 500 employees looking to add to their corporate wellbeing initiatives.
  • Working closely with the AE and leadership team strategise penetration into key accounts.
  • Leveraging tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn and data enrichment to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach) into new accounts.
  • Effectively identifying pain points and opportunities in customer strategies and relaying the benefits of a new solution.
  • Regularly meeting and exceeding daily KPIs set by senior management to ultimately hit quota.
  • Smoothly handing over sales qualified meetings to the sales team.
  • Collaborating with wider teams, including leadership, marketing and product to provide prospect feedback to further refine the sales process.
  • Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting.

  • Are excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment.
  • Some experience in a sales development role – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos.
  • Track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about technology that is helping the world become a healthier place.
  • Familiarity with the technology required to form an outbound business development strategy.
  • Previous experience prospecting into HR function is a bonus!


  • £35k – £40k base + £15k OTE
