By fully understanding visitor behaviours, they are able to engage with visitors through unprecedented personalisation. Through enhancing the user experience they have proven an increased revenue of 30% amongst their client base.

Following enormous growth through Founder-led sales and a number of strategic logos on board, it’s now time to bring in an experienced Partnerships Manager to spearhead European expansion.

  • Extremely tangible provided to their clients – 1.5x online conversion rates leading to 30% higher revenues.
  • Hands-off solution that is faster and more effective than competitors – don’t need a large in-house team of experts to run the solution.
  • A number of key clients on board, this includes: Calvin Klein, L’Oreal, GAP, Marks & Spencer and Under Armour.
  • Impressive list of current partners which include Content Square, Optimizely and Segment without dedicated resources on partnerships!
  • Currently have 30 customers generating £600k ARR.
  • Huge TAM – any business with a website to convert visitors to paying customers would be an ideal customer. Currently have strong traction with brands and e-commerce but the system will also apply to SaaS and hospitality for example.
  • Opportunity to work closely with the Founders and commercial teams to build the partner function.
  • Quick progression, they are looking for their future Head of Partnerships!

The Role:

  • Managing and developing the partnership ecosystem which will include technical, commercial and reseller relationships.
  • Identifying new partners to targets through effective account mapping and owning the process of outreach to build relationships.
  • Effectively onboarding new partners with specific programmes depending on the type of relationship – important to make sure they are set up with relevant sales, technical and marketing collateral.
  • Creating a system for nurturing existing partners and building great relationships – this will include tracking performance, providing insights for improvement and optimising partner enablement programs.
  • Working towards and achieving targets set by the senior leadership team – you will be targeted on leads coming through the partnership channel which are qualified by sales.
  • Collaborating internally with marketing, sales and the Co-Founders to make sure you are getting the most value from resources available to you. This will also include recommendations to refine the ICP, collateral required and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnerships management within the Mar-Tech space. This should come with some existing relationships which will be relevant to the client.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that resulted in business growth and revenue generation in an early stage SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with consultants and other stakeholders..
  • Great cross-collaboration with internal departments and proven success in the creation of a partnership ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
