With proven success and a number of key clients under their belt, it’s now time to bring in an Inside Sales Executive to be instrumental in the acquisition of new customers.
£30k - £40k + £10k OTE

We are working exclusively with our client to find an Inside Sales Executive.


Our client is helping corporates to measure and minimise their carbon footprint when hosting in-person, hybrid and corporate events.

With increased visibility into the environmental impact, event organisers are able to reduce their footprint in the planning stages – supporting the world-wide effort for a net-zero future.

With proven success and a number of key clients under their belt, it’s now time to bring in an Inside Sales Executive to be instrumental in the acquisition of new customers.

  • Working closely with the CEO & Founder and Commercial Director to create an effective sales function.
  • Flexible and hybrid working. Remote working based on individual circumstances.

About the role:

  • Booking and qualifying outbound meetings (BANT) with high-level stakeholders across event teams.
  • Learning about why companies within the TAM would be compelled to use a new solution and leveraging this in contact strategies – this is a low volume high value based approach.
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot and LinkedIn to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach + any creative methods you discover) into new accounts.
  • Learning about the pain points and opportunities in how customers are currently hosting events and their awareness of their carbon output.
  • Learning and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of incoming and changing regulations around corporate emissions reporting and leveraging this in strategies.
  • Identifying sales opportunities (both inbound and outbound); handing over leads to the Commercial Director and closing your own opportunities depending which segment they fall into.
  • Collaborating with wider teams, including leadership, marketing and product to provide prospect feedback to further refine the sales process.
  • Running the full sales cycle with more transactional opportunities coming through the inbound channel.
  • Attending regular local and global industry events and relevant trade shows in a sales capacity.
  • Maintaining good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting.

  • Are excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment.
  • Experience in an Inside Sales Executive role – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos.
  • Experience using HubSpot, particularly Sales, Workflows and Reporting functions.
  • Previous closing experience in some capacity.
  • Willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own.
  • Track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and other sales tools.
