We are working exclusively with a high growth SaaS company to find a Head of Sales to work hybrid from their Manchester office twice per week.

Our client is a market-leading Machine Learning company providing sophisticated autonomous robot technology to warehouses and distribution centres globally.
Their robots (mix of hardware and software) are able to work 24/7 on the shop floor – saving warehouses 57% in energy, increasing productivity by 50x and reducing costs based on churn.
With strong initial traction through founder-led sales, it’s now time to bring in an expert Head of Sales to continue sales, build strategy and grow the team.

About The Role:
- Working alongside the senior leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and identify market opportunities.
- Outbound prospecting targeting companies with warehouse and distribution centres globally – personalised approach has been working well so far!
- Taking full ownership of the deal process from initial outreach to close – ACV around $300k.
- Implementing and optimising the sales process to increase efficiency and sales productivity.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects while looking for upsell opportunities.
- Creating a clear growth plan for future sales hires based on data and success factors.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Providing accurate forecasts, including regular reporting on revenue performance.
- Collaboration with the wider team, including the CEO and Head of Customer Success.
Requirements of a Successful Head of Sales Include:

- Proven experience leading sales teams that are selling into the target market is a huge bonus.
- Strong leadership skills but able to carry and deliver on your own quota.
- Adaptable when it comes to implementing a sales process that works for their specific product and market but should come with some previous experience building a sales function.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
