We are working exclusively with our client to find a Chief Revenue Officer.

  • Strong lead generation channel with the majority of deals closed through inbounds and from attending events, now looking into more of an outbound approach with 360 reps.
  • Good traction across partnerships which are proving a valuable engine for lead generation.
  • Strong product and client satisfaction with a 99% retention rate.
  • Joining the Founders in the senior leadership team to shape all areas of the business with a particular focus on the GTM function.

About The Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM plan that aligns with organisational objectives to increase revenue across all products and services.
  • Contribute to development of new products and iteration of existing products in various ways, including by working with the CTO to facilitate clear lines of communication between B2B functions with direct customer and market interaction, and product development teams.
  • Clearly articulating a number of value propositions across a variety of products and their markets.
  • Working with the marketing team to create marketing strategies that drive lead generation and promote awareness.
  • Setting clear targets across the commercial team whilst implementing clear strategies to achieve them.
  • Overseeing the entire customer journey from lead generation and acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Implement effective sales frameworks, enablement programs, processes and performance metrics to optimise the sales pipeline.
  • Working closely with the customer success team to ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to measure performance across marketing and sales to optimise new campaigns.
  • Develop and manage accurate revenue forecasting models to provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Increasing market share in the UK whilst working with the Founders to develop strategy around international expansion.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, continuous learning and accountability across all owned departments.

You should apply if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer developing a commercial function with a number of different products – bonus if looked after international revenue functions.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in a SaaS, high-growth environment. They are looking to consistently grow net new revenue annually whilst growing existing accounts.
  • Experienced in driving and developing marketing strategies by leveraging the learnings from sales and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of sales, including building processes and frameworks that increase lead generation, average order values and faster deal cycles.
  • Practical examples of marrying revenue departments and creating a single system for success that ensures consistent growth and long term customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of partnerships, including winning new relationships and managing partners to deliver the most value.
  • Built data rooms for commercial data that allows for accurate forecasting, regular performance monitoring and identification of high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to communicate both internally and externally.
  • Willing to get involved in key deals, important to be hands-on considering the maturity of the sales function.
  • Experience in scaling a team that impacts all areas of the customer journey.
