We are working exclusively with our client to find an Account Executive.

Our client is a corporate wellbeing platform enabling companies to boost productivity by helping employees increase physical and mental health. How? By using the People function as a lever to nudge their teams to connect through exercise and other initiatives on their app.

Backed by scientific research and proven success in securing key clients in EMEA, it’s now time to grow the team with an experienced Account Executive to support new customer acquisition throughout EMEA.

  • Commercial launched in November 2023 and already achieving £100k ARR and a strong current pipeline! Further opportunity to expand current accounts as they sell on a land and expand model.

  • Pipeline support from an incoming SDR and Marketing Manager.

About the role:

  • Closing 5 and 6 figure deals with senior stakeholders in the mid-market to enterprise space (applicable companies have over 500 employees).
  • Working alongside an incoming SDR and marketing manager to effectively strategise methods to increase pipeline generation. There will be the requirement to generate your own outbound opportunities to supplement.
  • Closely collaborating with the product teams to contribute to the product road map.
  • Executing the full sales cycle from open to close and increasing conversion rates through each stage by leveraging a known sales framework such as Challenger, SPIN and / or MEDDICC.
  • Accurate forecasting and achieving against targets set by senior management.
  • Attending relevant industry events and forums to increase brand exposure and generate new interest.
  • Working closely with the Founders to continuously refine the sales function and build an effective sales system.

You should apply if you have:

  • At least of 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions into senior HR stakeholders – this is a must have requirement!
  • A strong track record of achieving against quotas with an ACV of at least £25k annually.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
  • Mentored and worked alongside an SDR in previous positions, collaboration is important at this stage for the team to be successful.
  • Ability to work alongside internal leadership to develop the sales function to create a system for success.
  • A passion for employee wellbeing and believe that the true key to productivity comes from people happiness.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
