Our client is an advanced AI-engine helping anyone with an online presence sell more products and services by increasing the conversion rate of online visitors while staying compliant with GDPR regulations.
By fully understanding visitor behaviours, they are able to engage with visitors through unprecedented personalisation. Through enhancing the user experience they have proven an increased revenue of 30% amongst their client base.
Following enormous growth through Founder-led sales and a number of strategic logos on board, it’s now time to bring in an experienced Account Executive to spearhead European expansion.

- Hands-off solution that is faster and more effective than competitors – don’t need a large in-house team of experts to run the solution.
- A number of key clients on board, this includes: Calvin Klein, L’Oreal, GAP, Marks & Spencer and Under Armour.
- Huge TAM – any business with a website to convert visitors to paying customers would be an ideal customer. Currently have strong traction with brands and e-commerce but the system will also apply to SaaS and hospitality for example.
- Opportunity to work closely with the Founders to expand current accounts whilst acquiring new logos.

About the role:
- Closing 5 and 6 figure deals with senior marketing stakeholders (Heads, Directors, C-Level) with some of the worlds largest brands.
- Executing the full sales cycle from open to close and increasing conversion rates through each stage by leveraging a known sales framework such as Challenger, SPIN and / or MEDDICC. This includes teaming up with the wider team on more complex deals that involve technical details.
- Opening up new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach to fill up the sales pipeline.
- Nurturing and developing future members of the sales team to make sure they are set up for success.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by senior management.
- Closely collaborating with the product teams to contribute to the product road map.
- Keeping the CRM clean and up-to-date with the right deal and prospect information to allow for accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Attending relevant industry events and forums to increase brand exposure and generate new interest.
- Working closely with the Founders to continuously refine the sales function and build an effective sales system.
You should apply if you have:

- At least 2 years of full sales-cycle experience closing deals.
- You would have come from the Mar-Tech space with a keen interest in AI.
- A strong track record of achieving against quotas.
- Demonstrated success leveraging sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
- Ability to demo complex solutions in a coherent manner.
- Previous success in an early-stage start-up with some evidence of creating repeatability in the sales function.
- Ability to work alongside internal leadership to develop the sales function to create a system for success.
- Great written and verbal communication.
