Having met the Founder of Amiqus at SaaStock in Dublin, we learnt that they had just closed a seed stage funding round and were looking for a revenue leader. After two GTM review sessions, we supported them in shaping the role of a sales leader and the profile and persona that would be needed to be successful in the role. 

Commencing an executive search on their behalf, we headhunted and introduced several individuals before creating a final stage interview task and working closely with their internal talent team to support their hiring process and onboard the successful candidate.

Our first time using a recruitment partner
If a recruiter cold outreaches to me it just wouldn't get to me. And if it did, I’d delete it.
